Context
This workshop was carried out with the aim of enabling individuals, future applicants or professionals to find the information they wanted on the BNP Paribas Personal Finance site, without ambiguity, by prioritising the information on the site. The primary objective was therefore to give the BNP Paribas Personal Finance site a visual and structural overhaul.
UX audit of the current site
When I carried out an ergonomic audit of the BNP Paribas Personal Finance website, I identified a number of problems: the company's objectives were unclear, calls to action lacked visibility, and some of the text was difficult to read. I noticed dysfunctions on both the web and mobile versions, the design needed improvement and navigation was difficult, compromising the user experience.
New hierarchy for the site's pages
Following the usability audit, I drew up a new content hierarchy in the form of a table for each page of the BNP Paribas Personal Finance site. These tables represented the user's navigation from the header to the elements at the bottom of the page, highlighting the key sections and important functionalities of each page.
New design system
I created a design system that retained the main BNP Paribas colours and typography, but introduced new visual elements such as buttons, article blocks, quotes, etc. This design system made it possible to maintain visual consistency while introducing innovative elements to improve the aesthetics and user experience of the site. New web interfaces
I then used Figma to create web mockups, such as the home page, the ‘our commitments’ page and the ‘join us’ page. Each mockups was designed to offer an optimal user experience and to highlight the main content elements in a clear and attractive way.
